The Search and Selection process for the Social Entrepreneur of the Year in Japan was established to recognize outstanding social entrepreneurs in this country, an initiative of the Institute for Strategic Leadership and the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship. 

Having read the criteria for selection, if you believe you qualify as a candidate, please apply by June 15, 2009. If you think you know someone who should be a candidate, forward this link to him or her. 

The winner will be announced early September 2009.
